Services for Mrs. Emily Whitlock Haskins 89 will be Thursday May 1 2003 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Clayton and Rev. Nowell Bingham officiating. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. She died late Monday April 28 2003 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was born in Madison County educated in the city schools and Lambuth College. She was the daughter of the late Ed Whitlock and Avola M. Whitlock. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a homemaker. Mrs. Haskins was a Gray Lady at Jackson Madison County General Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Fred Haskins in 1983 and a sister Corinna Whitlock Crabtree. Visitation will be from Noon Thursday until the time of service.
