Hazel Roberts Gaither Parham

Hazel Roberts Gaither Parham, age 78, passed away November 23, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. She worked for over 25 years at Union Planters Bank, retiring as Assistant Vice President. In years past, she volunteered at United Way and was a member of White Station Baptist Church.

Mrs. Parham was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Parham; parents, William and Ada Shepherd Roberts and brothers, Edward, William and Samuel Roberts.

She is survived by her daughters, Cathey Stephens (Mike), Linda Swindle (Tom) and Anita Gillespie (Robert); sisters, Thelma Thompson and Mae Vick; grandchildren, Sara Garrett (Jeff), Adam Kowing (Jessica), Katherine Swindle, Heather Arnold (Doug), Raymond Skinner, III (Kristen) and Christopher Skinner; step granddaughter, Leslie Roy (R.J.); six great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013 and the funeral service 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 26 all at Memorial Park Funeral Home, (901) 767-8930.
