Michael Parham

Michael Parham, 66, passed away at his home on Monday, March 2, 2026. Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Louie and Mary Parham. Michael retired from Crisp Regional Hospital, where he faithfully served as Assistant Facilities Director for many years. He was a devoted member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Michael loved farming and hunting, but nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for the land, and his deep devotion to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Parham; his children, Michelle Wade (Carl), Dean Parham Jr., and Mickey Parham; his brothers, Danny Parham and Louie Parham Jr. (Sandra); and his sister, Nancy Cox. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Brittany Mosley (Collin), Carl Wade Jr., Leslie Wade, Lexie Parham, Tripp Parham, Dylan Parham, Gabriel Parham, and Symon Parham; and his beloved great-grandchildren, Aubrey Mosley, Bentley Mosley, Matthew Mosley, Elijah Wade, Kashton Wade, Grayson Butterworth, Sarah Parham, Elliot Parham, Drew Parham, and Avery Parham. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Rainey Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm.prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.
