I had the honor of spending Christmas day 2011 in the Staples home, what a great day of seeing family celebrate the life and love of such an inspirational man. His home was full of compassion, diversity, and acceptance. Its a day I will never forget. He leaves a legacy that will carry on for many generations to come.

Praying for all the family. No matter how prepared you think you are to let go, when the time comes...it is just hard. We will miss Uncle T - Russ and I tried his patience more than once, but he still loved us. He will be missed! Tom won't care for golf, but maybe he, my dad and Uncle T can enjoy fishing together in Heaven.
