Matthew Hauke Obituary

Matthew Curtis Hauke 23 a resident of 2804 Warren Way Mechanicsburg PA passed away at 8:15 A.M. on Sunday November 20 2005. Born in Williamsport Lycoming County PA on Tuesday September 14 1982 he was the son of Matthew Francis Hauke of Bradford TN and Tracie Lorraine Sampsell Hauke of Montgomery PA. Matt was employed as a welder by AFS Keystone Camp Hill PA. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion at the Bower-Decker American Legion Post 251 at Montgomery. Matt enjoyed writing poetry sports and music especially the Dave Matthews Band and the Grateful Dead. In addition to his parents he is survived by 2 brothers Mark Hauke TN; Tyler Carl Clark Montgomery PA one sister Sarah Anne Hauke TN.; his companion Bobbie Michelle Ramsay and her daughter Kricket Renae Ramsay of Mechanicsburg PA; step-mother Angela Carol HaukeTn; maternal grandmother Barbara Sampsell Montgomery PA; maternal grandfather Harold Eugene Sampsell AZ; paternal step-grandfather James Fithian Sheaffer Williamsport PA; paternal step-grandmother Carol Margaret James Paulhamus Montoursville PA. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Francis Oliver and Sarah Lee "Cookie" Hauke and his maternal great grandparents Harold "Fuzzie" and Gladys Breidinger. Funeral services will be conducted from the Galen R. Betzer Funeral Service 40 E. Houston Avenue Montgomery PA at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday November 26 2005 with Roosevelt Brown pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Montgomery officiating. Interment will be in the Green Lawn Memorial Park Clinton Twp. Lycoming County PA. Friends may call on Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
