Samuel Taggart Obituary

Samuel Clayton Taggart age 20 died June 24 2005 at Jackson General Hospital as the result of an automobile accident. He was born and reared in Jackson TN the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Taggart and the late Lisa Henson Taggart. He attended schools in Madison County Jackson Central Merry and graduated in 2002. He was a Junior at Jackson State Community College and a member of Sigma Epsilon. He worked for Mike LeCornu Heating and Air in Henderson during the summer. He enjoyed sports especially baseball and was an umpire for Dixie Youth. He was a member of the Poplar Heights Baptist Church in Jackson. He is survived by his father Joseph Ray "Joey" Taggart of Jackson; a brother Patrick Rowland Taggart of Jackson; two sisters Kasey Brewer and Blaire Taggart both of Jackson; grandparents Jim and Sharon Henson of Henderson; Charles and Jonell Taggart of Tupelo MS and Phil and Martha Munoz of Sacramento CA and great-grandmother Maerene Neisler of Enville. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Poplar Heights Baptist Church in Jackson with burial to follow in the Chester County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at Casey Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Casey Funeral Home Henderson TN 731-989-2421
