Peoples Funeral Home Marianna, FL 850-482-2233 Roderick E. Hewett Roderick E. Hewett, better known as "Buster" to all that knew him, passed away on Dec. 3, 2012, at Bay Medical Center following a brief illness. He was 50 years old. He was a life-long resident of Jackson County before moving to Panama City in 2008. Buster was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Kathleen Hewett. He leaves to cherish his memories, two children, Lindsey (Scott) Sabrowsky and Ethan Hewett; two sisters, Cindy (Mickey) Jackson and Ginny (Craig) Hanlon; five nephews, William, Zane, Zack, Zeth and Zander; and a slew of aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 at the Cypress Cemetery. A celebration of life to honor Buster will follow at the Sneads Pentecostal Holiness Church. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the Caring Staff of Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
