Aidan W. Johnson, 3 month old infant son of Dustin M. and Courtney S. Chambers Johnson of West Lafayette, died suddenly and unexpectedly of SIDS Friday, April 24, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. Aidan was born January 19, 2015 in Lafayette. Surviving with his parents is a brother, Connor P. Johnson; maternal grandparents, Don and Vicky Chambers of Lafayette, paternal grandparents, Jacqueline and Paul Scheurich of Attica, IN; Paul Michael Johnson of Treasure Island, FL; paternal great-grandparents, Jean Johnson of Lafayette and Judith House of Attica, IN. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Paul and Geraldine Chambers, Hubert and Leona Feasel; and by paternal great-grandparents, Paul Johnson and William House. Private family services will be held at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Lafayette with Pastor Jacob H. Hoffman officiating, with interment to follow at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Friends may best express sympathy with memorial contributions to the American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way, Naples, FL. 34110. Condolences may be left at www.hahngroeberfuneralhome.com
