At Purdue I was a pledge brother with Barry in the Alpha Sig house. At a time when young men find many distractions I remember Barry as a stand up guy always in positive spirits. My prayers are with his family.

My deepest sympathies to Barry's mother Marilyn; wife Patricia and children Jordyn and Aleah. You are all in my every prayer during this difficult time. I knew Barry through his time in the Purdue Glee Club as I had the pleasure to accompany the group during some of his participation. I remember a fine young man whose faith was leading his way even then...and he led others to theirs. Intelligent, polite, talented and handsome. A perfect fit for the Glee Club. Now...he leads another choir of angels. God bless, Barry. Until we all meet again..."Lord, have mercy on such as we. Baa, baa, baa." The Whiffenpoof Song

Barry was one of my best buds and classmates at South Newton HS. So many tremendous, life enriching memories through sports, theater productions and all the "hanging around" and cruising in the Mercury. So much laughter and good times. I've never met any anyone so utterly brilliant and talented who could simply play any song by ear and zing you with his infectious smile. Barry, you were an incredible human being and you're gone far too soon, but your light will shine forever through your beautiful family and the lives of your countless friends whose hearts you touched forever. Rest in eternal peace my friend.

I only knew Barry from High School when we gave him my son's Memorial award as a graduating senior. He sent the nicest Thank You and told me how his parents had told him of Steve and he felt honored to receive his award. So sorry to read of his passing. My Deepest Sympathy's to all of his Family.

Barry was the consummate nice guy. In my experience, his upbeat friendly demeanor never wavered. Earth is a little less bright with his passing, but heaven surely welcomed him with open arms.

My husband and I both worked with Barry at Sony. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
