Charles Maxwell Obituary
Delphi - Chuck Maxwell, 68, passed away on Feb. 2, 2021 in Delphi. He was born on March 29, 1952 in Logansport to the late Nancy (Brown) Maxwell and Charles M. Maxwell Sr. He was a 1970 graduate of Carroll High School.
He married Gloria (Blohm) Dubes on Jan. 1, 1979 at the Delphi Presbyterian Church and she survives.
He retired as a semi-driver for Frito-Lay in 2007 and held the million-mile accident-free driving record. Since then, he had worked at QC Supply (Delphi Products) delivering farm products.
Chuck enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, mushroom hunting, playing softball, driving, trimming trees and especially going to his grandchildren's activities.
He was a lifetime member of the NRA and North American Hunters Association.
Along with his wife he is survived by his children: Amy Fultz (Brian) of West Lafayette, Jennifer Houston (Jarett) of Delphi, Sheila Dubes (David) of Burrows; siblings: Pam Neal and Cheryle Heckathron of Florida, Cindy Kelly (Tony) of Flora and Rodney Maxwell (Cindy) of Camden; grandchildren: Bryer, Makenna, Rylee and Jaira Houston and Ben Fultz.
He was also preceded by his grandson, Brody Dubes.
Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021 at the Delphi Presbyterian Church. Funeral Services will be at the Delphi Presbyterian Church at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday with Rev. Grace Hammer officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children or the Riley Hospital for Children.

Chuck was a good guy and a lot of fun to run with at Frito Lay. He was well above me on the bid board and you would never know it. He will be missed and God bless all his family
