Sandy, a special hug to you as you and all the family go through this difficult time of keen loss. I remember your dad so clearly as principal when we were in the 7th grade, and still have the highest respect for him. He was one of a kind. May you truly feel God's comfort.

What a blessing to know "Uncle Don". Thank you for all the great memories, wisdom, and help in times of need. You will be missed by everyone.
"Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:39 Bethel, Roger, and Sandy and the entire family, may the Lord give you peace and comfort at this time of loss. I am so sorry that I will be unable to make it to the services.

He was the Basketball Coach.... I think in the late 40's then taught geometry to some of us and then Principal. We would beg him to tell us stories of experiences he had in the Navy (I think). The guys would almost fall out of their chairs laughing at a funny story about splitting a coconut using a log. I never got it.
Gerald and I raised our 3 kids in the same house he and Virginia raised Roger and Sandy. Virginia was short so the cabinets were lower. Was great.
So many stories, but I shall leave those to others.

Sandra, you and Roger and your families have my sincere prayers and sympathy as you say good bye to your dear father. Sandra, you and I were friends at Remington Elementary from first thru six grade. Your Dad was a "peach" of a guy and was friends with my parents, Martin and Ruth Crawn, not only when we lived at Remington, but many years after. My mother passed away a year and a half ago at the age of 101.

I Still have my Franklin Insurance policy that mom and dad bought for me in my early teens and I took it over in early 20's. Mr. Utter had everyone's respect.

Mr. Utter was our High School Principal and we all thought very highly of him. He was a very kind person and great role model for us. May God bless all of his family.

Sorry to hear of Don's passing, I would like to offer my sincere condolences to his family. Jeremiah 29:11, 12 assures us God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, and that if we come and pray to Him, He will listen to us. In the days to come may you find comfort in that hope.

I always had such respect for Mr. Utter. I remember him walking in the halls at Remington High School during the lunch hour. This would have been in the 60's. We just knew not to cause any issues!!
