I remember when James Oland married Donna, and their Wedding Reception was held at the American Legion Post 11 here in Lafayette. I was asked if I wanted to play the drums with the band, and James helped up on stage to play Wipeout with Bill Hudson and The Unpredictables band. it was one of my fondest memories I had with James Oland. Thank you for some wonderful memories. you will surely be missed by all. As for you, Aunt Donna, Cousins Dennis, Carrianne, Lisa, and Brent, you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Donna and family.
We were so sorry to hear of James' passing. Please know our prayers are with you at this difficult time. I knew James from High School, but became re-acquainted at the American Legion. He always had a smile and a quiet hello for everyone. He will be missed.
