Lelia Mae Griffin

Lelia Mae Griffin, 85, of West Point, IN. died at Creasy Springs Healthcare in Lafayette 3:37 PM Sunday March 16, 2014 where she had been a patient since November. Lelia was born in Independence, IN. March 17, 1928, the daughter of the late Arthur and Lola B. Smith Crane and was a graduate of Attica, IN. High School. She married John L. Griffin at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Attica October 26, 1946, and he survives. Lelia was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Lafayette, and from 1964 until her retirement in 1992, worked in the purchasing department at Harrison Steel in Attica. Surviving with her husband is a daughter, Suzanne Crum (husband Gerald) of West Point, IN. and a son, John Roger Griffin of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Jason S. Reppert and Robby J. "Rob" Reppert (wife Tasha); and by three great-grandchildren Kayla, Zachary and Emme Reppert. She was preceded in death by four brothers. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from noon until the service at 2:00 PM Thursday, Fr.
