I met Lorin during computer workshops at The Springs. Lorin came to every workshop. He was a very enthusiastic learner, and he never failed to make us laugh. I remember when he learned to use the computer's camera and took a commemorative selfie of the moment. He was such a cheerful guy. I will really miss seeing him at The Springs.

We became good friends while I was at The Springs. He taught me how to order a good breakfast with fried eggs over medium, bacon the way I liked it and all the other trimmings. I'm sure we put additional strain on the kitchen staff, it was a great way to start my day...Lorin "Cowboy" (I called him "Ornery") and eggs. We talked about all kinds of things and shared many, many laughs. I enjoyed his company very much, it made my stay at The Springs more bearable. Prayers to the his family for comfort and peace
