For what is it to die, but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?
And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Diana Lyons and my children, David, Carol and John are so sorry for your loss. Tom's memory will always be with us.

Dear Helen and Family,
We would like to express our deepest sympathy to you. Tom was such a great guy and generous to everyone, but I think especially to me and my family. I rememberr one evening in particular when we met in Lafayette at a restaurant and he offered me a position with the Indiana Board of Animal Health. He was such a positive person and set a good example for all of us.I know you will miss him greatly as we will, but be assured his memory will be with us forever.
