William Wilson Obituary
William Arnold (Bill) Wilson, 71, died unexpectedly, Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Norton Audobon Hospital.
He was a retired educator and served the Archdiocese of Louisville as a teacher, vice principal and principal at St. Andrew Academy (St. Polycarp) Elementary School.
He was a native of Lafayette, Indiana, a graduate of Purdue University and received a Master's Degree of Religious Education from Spalding University. He was an active member of St. Polycarp parish, as well as involved in a variety of parish and campus ministries.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Ruth Wilson.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Theresa (Rohrman) Wilson; 2 daughters, Audra (Phillip) Barnett and Monica (Michael) Ganoe; 4 grandchildren, Sydney and Rachel Ganoe, Sam and Rebekah Barnett; 2 brothers, Thomas (Paula) Wilson and David (Linda) Wilson; a sister, Therese (Malcolm) McCracken; and a sister-in-law, Wendy Rohrman.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Friday, February 5, 2021 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
Memorial donations may be made in Bill's honor to St. Andrew Academy.

Mr. Wilson taught our sons at St. Polycarp School. He devoted his life to teaching young people. He will certainly be missed. We send our deepest sympathy.
