Christopher Sawyers Obituary

Christopher Ryan Sawyers, 28, of Jacksonville, passed away on Nov. 13, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ernie Sawyers Jr.

Christopher is survived by his sons, Ryan and Tyler Sawyers of California, and Collin Sawyers and his mother, Cassie Eddings of North Carolina; his mother, Julie Clay of Tennessee; stepdad, Kevin Clay of Tennessee; sister, Kimberly Johnson of Kentucky; and brothers, Michael Sawyers of California and James Clay of Tennessee. He had impacted the lives of many family and friends and is gone but will never be forgotten.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville.

Collin and I will love you forever! I wish our parting wasn't so soon but it seems life can be so unfair in that way. I hope that the lord has washed away all of your worries and pains, and has finally given you what you have been searching for...peace. I love you and miss you so much. My son just found out you are gone...He is lost for words he can not believe you are no longer here. MY heart breaks for him and your family. I am so so sorry to hear of your loss. My son loved you so much Chris you were a brother to him. You visited my home and I too am in disbelief, I am so so sorry for his children and Cassie.
