I wanted to share something from my nephew who had this comment when I told him about John. He had only met John one time but said he remembered John as being such a nice person. He remembered that John took an interest in him and took the time to talk with him. I believe they met over 20 years ago.

Hey Bikor,
I'm so very sad that you have left me buddy! We had alot of great times these last 28+ years! Between the business trips, the lake parties in Fla, the mountain trips, just kicking back and relaxing, eating and drinking beverages or just having a political conversation! You will be dearly missed!
All my love..Your bud,
Duke

I am sorry to learn of John's passing. He was a wonderful man of good heart and soul. He looked for and found the goodness of life and the people around him. He was a loyal IBMer who maintained his equanimity under frequently stressful conditions. I am fortunate to have known John and I will miss him.

I am so sorry to hear this has happened. My condolences to John's family and all who has worked with him as I have. This is disturbing to me as I go through my own personal family crisis and I hope all the world can send out a prayer for John and his family during these dark days. John was a pleasure to work with, his sense of humor will live on.

John, although we never meet face to face we talked many times on the phone; and through our chats I got to know you and your sense of humor. I enjoyed those chats because it allowed me to get to know you and to see, how you and Linda were such a perfect compliment to each other. Through Linda and our many travels, I got to understand how you had enriched her life and help bring balance to the every day craziness. You are an inspiration to me and for that I will always remember you. May god bless you and give Linda strength in this difficult time.
Love, your friend, Bob Corte.

I am very saddened to hear of John's passing - but I am joyful to have known him and grateful his pain is over. I worked with John at IBM, I shared his love of Dogs and Motorcyles and fast cars. John is one of the nicest, helpful and fun people I have ever known. His life was truely blessed - all be it too short.
My love to Linda and Luna during this time.
