Whenever he spent the night at Grandma & Grandpas he would always tell me when he got home that he sat and talked with "grandpa" and asked if he could see his badge and he would say "it was cool, mom." I know he will always remember those special moments as a young child.

Keep the memories close to your hearts.

Love you all,

My deepest sympathies to the family and friends and fellow law enforcement officers who will always remember him.

I will never forget him as he gave me my start in law enforcement and encouraged me to go to college and get my degrees. He could be very funny and serious too, but you always knew where you stood with him. He was a fine man.
