A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Tar Landing Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Marshburn officiating. Inurnment with military honors will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Denmark Cemetery in Denmark, S.C.
She served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include her son, William "Tony" Adams, of Sneads Ferry; brothers, William Adams of El-Cajon, Calif., Ben Adams of Jacksonville, Joseph "Joe" Adams of Sneads Ferry, and Walter Adams of Ark.; sisters, Rachael Adams of Jacksonville, Rebecca Adams of Richlands, and Jeanine Adams of Va.; and three grandchildren.
