Bryson Neiswonger Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Bryson Tyler Terrance Neiswonger, age 20, from Brookville, due to a tragic vehicle accident on November 6, 2024.

Born on December 25, 2003, Bryson had a special connection with Christmas; despite sharing his birthday with the holiday, he embraced the spirit of the season and relished the moments spent with his loved ones on Christmas morning.

A proud 2022 graduate of Jeff Tech, he was passionate about his studies in Machine Shop.

Though Bryson's time with us was far too brief, he leaves behind a legacy of laughter and cherished memories. Known for his remarkable sense of humor, he had a unique ability to brighten any room and bring joy to those around him. His talent for storytelling and joking made him a beloved figure among family and friends, and many believe he was destined to become a comedian. Bryson shared his beaming smile with everyone and you would often find yourself in tears of laughter in his presence. In celebration of Bryson's life, we ask you to take a moment to remember your fondest and funniest memories of/with him.

A devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and a faithful supporter of Donald Trump, Bryson was ecstatic to hear the news Wednesday morning, his President was back in office. He had a zest for life, enjoying hunting, family beach vacations, cookouts, poker nights and collecting old coins. Bryson's competitive spirit shone brightly in games of chess, video games, Monopoly and Cornhole, and anyone lucky enough to team up with him knew they had a formidable partner.

He was involved in sports growing up and enjoyed playing football, soccer and wrestling. For many years, he has been rocking the nickname "Garcon," given to him by his Dad.

Bryson is deeply mourned by his parents, Adam and Amber Neiswonger; his siblings, Pheonix, Colten, Nickolas and Brooklyn Neiswonger; his grandparents, Ed and Lori Cieleski and Max and Donna Neiswonger; his beloved dogs, Zeus and Iris; and his girlfriend, Abbi Scobbie. He is also lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends whose lives he touched.

Bryson's vibrant spirit will forever remain in our hearts, and he will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m., at the McKinney – d'Argy Funeral Home, located at 345 Main Street in Brookville.

A second viewing will take place on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, located at 101 Main Street in Brookville. A funeral service will take place immediately following the second viewing, beginning at 11 a.m., and officiated by Pastor David Blair.
