Melody Clark Obituary

Melody Moats Clark, 61, of Brookville, passed away July 20, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born in Harvard, Illinois, she was the daughter of Andrew Moats Sr. and Barbara Fortenberry Moats of Knoxville, Tennessee. Melody was married to Richard (Dick) Clark of Brookville.

She is survived by her daughters Sandy Clark (Ruth) Stewart of Rossiter, Becky Clark (Chris) Fiscus of Brookville, and Sherrie Clark (Darren Sears) of DuBois; her grandchildren Gannon Clark and Aliza DuQuin of Brookville and Coraline and Benjamin Stewart of Rossiter; her siblings Patricia Cuccaro, Andrew Moats Jr., James Moats, Dianna Martin, and Carol Bass; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed visiting with her children and grandchildren, worshipping the Lord, caring for her pets, gardening, shopping, and cooking.

She is predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Barbara Moats Sr.; her husband, Richard (Dick) Clark; son Scotty Clark, brother Michael Moats, and granddaughter Emaline Stewart.

A memorial service will be held July 31, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the Evangelical United Methodist Church at 30 South White Street in Brookville, for anyone who would like to join in celebrating her life.
