Edna Alice Cox Nuckolls, age 90, of West Jefferson, NC, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 in the Margate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson, NC
She was born March 18, 1927 at Independence, VA to T. Paul Cox and Annie Anderson Cox.
Surviving, two daughters, Dina Geraldine Coffey and fiancé Jamie Hall of Elkin, NC and Sandra and David Church of West Jefferson, NC ; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive
Funeral service held Tuesday, November 14, 2017 In Gold Hill Baptist Church, Independence, VA
Rev. Roger Newton and Rev. John Eldridge officiated. Interment in Gold Hill Cemetery.
