Annetta Kerans Obituary

Annetta Jean Kerans passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 87.

Born on June 10, 1938, Annetta married Ronald Kerans on May 14, 1958. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Ronald; her children Mark Kerans, Kathy (Rob) Newlin, and Mitch (Anita) Kerans; her grandchildren Reece (Shawna) Newlin, Sarah (Josh) Hatala-Garrett, and Emily (Kyle) Lersch; and her great-grandchildren Clara, Lucas, and Grant. She is also survived by her brother Jodene (Susie) Hilsabeck.

Annetta was a member of First Christian Church and also attended First Baptist Church. Her love of animals was evident through her support of the Coles County Animal Shelter. An avid golfer, she achieved the distinction of club champion.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor Annetta's life.
