Avery Evans Obituary

MATTOON - Avery Jo Evans, newborn, passed away at 10:57 p.m., September 6, 2008 at St. Anthony Hospital in Effingham, Illinois. A private family graveside service in her honor will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Dodge Grove Cemetery with Reverend Dennis Kollross officiating. Avery is survived by her parents, Emily A. McMichaels and Chad M. Evans of Mattoon, Illinois; maternal grandparents, Brian and Lisa McMichaels; maternal great-grandparents, Maggie Kirts, and George and Thelma McMichaels, all of Mattoon, Illinois; paternal grandparents, Mike and Nancy Evans of Mattoon, Illinois; paternal great-grandparents, Marilyn Evans of Mattoon, Illinois, and Josephine Phillipi of Lerna, Illinois. She also leaves several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by three great-grandparents. Please visit www.mitchell-jerdan.com to light a virtual candle in her honor.
