Dear Kull Family, I was employed by the railroad in Decautur from 1978 until 1994 when I moved to North Carolina and retired in 2000. When in Decatur, Dutch called on our company and we often would enjoy lunch and many great stories. He was someone that I could call a true friend, honest, and determined to please his customers. I will cherish his memories and out good times even if for a lunch with friends. My prayers are with the family in you loss of such a fine person. Tom Lynch, former Master Mechanic,Norfolk & Western Railway
