Billy Wayne Vaughn

Billy Wayne Vaughn, 82, of Wilson, Arkansas passed away on July 29, 2025 at his home. He was born on December 29, 1942 in Wilson, Arkansas to Orval and Maude (Cannon) Vaughn. Billy was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Luxora Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, bird watching, going to McDonalds in the morning to drink coffee with friends, and spending time with family. Survivors include; wife of 27 years: Nadean Vaughn of the home; four children: Angie Mireles (Johnny) of Driver, Arkansas, Peggy Brewer (Charlie) of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Kristy Cox of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Deborah Russell (Jason) of Hardy, Arkansas; two step children: Marty Curtwright (Amanda) of Cabot, Arkansas and Holly Lancaster of Grubbs, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one sister: Linda Vaughn of Osceola, Arkansas; one brother: Gary Vaughn of Jonesboro, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; his parents: Orval and Maude (Cannon) Vaughn; two great grandchildren: Presley Adams and Hadley Ridge Ely; and ten siblings. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Luxora Baptist Church in Luxora, Arkansas with Bro. Charlie Dixon officiating. The family will recieve visitors at the church from 11:00 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Luxora Baptist Church.
