Dustin Lane Hoots

Dustin Lane Hoots, 39, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on March 1, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1985 in Memphis, Tennessee. He enjoyed mudding trucks, fishing, hunting, doing mechanic work, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include; adopted mother: Rita Cash of the home; birth mother: Lana Regina Kent of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sons: Otto Hoots of Wynne, Arkansas and Austin Hoots of Wynne, Arkansas; two sisters: Jessica Adams of Wynne, Arkansas and Christina Adams of Wynne, Arkansas; first uncle: Duane Hoots; several great aunts and uncles; two best friends: Darren Weaver of Jonesboro, Arkansas and John Culver of Florida; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by; adopted father: Gordon Heck; four grandfathers: Harry Hoots, James Cash, Sr., Wayne Vest, Sidney Pilcher; and one sister: Lana Cole. The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
