Glenda Beth Thomason

Glenda Beth Thomason, 82, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, was gently called home to Heaven on Monday, October 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born to Wils and Hilma Thomason, Glenda grew up with a joyful heart and a giving spirit that never faded. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Lee Ann Weatherford, and her brother Joe Thomason - each now reunited with her in God's everlasting peace. She leaves behind her devoted daughter Robin Weatherford; brother and sister-in-law Billy and Barbara Thomason; sister and brother-in-law Jeanette and Buzzy Duckworth; and her precious grandchildren Damon Lee Olsen (Rachel), Deston Lee Olsen (Brittni), Andrew Douglas Hollis, Lucas Tanner Hollis, and Dakota Tune. Glenda's legacy continues through her beloved great-grandchildren Drake, Parker, and Maverick, who filled her heart with laughter and joy. Glenda's life was a beautiful reflection of God's love. She saw beauty in others - especially in children - and believed every child deserved to shine. For many years, she served as a pageant director, guiding and encouraging young girls to find confidence, kindness, and courage within themselves. Her joy came from watching them blossom, knowing she had helped them see the light God placed in their hearts. To her family and friends, Glenda was more than a mother, sister, or grandmother - she was a cheerleader, a comforter, and a source of unwavering love. She moved mountains for those she cared about, and her kindness will echo in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. A graveside service celebrating her life and faith will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Wattensaw Cemetery in Lonoke, Arkansas. "She has finished her race with grace and love. The crown she wears today shines brighter than gold - for it is woven from the lives she touched, the dreams she nurtured, and the love she gave so freely."
