She was a devoted member of Lunsford Baptist Church and spent countless hours studying the Bible and growing in her faith. Helen found peace and purpose in her flower and vegetable garden and delighted in caring for animals. Even at the age of 98, she loved telling stories and enjoying life's simple adventures.
Whether it was holiday gatherings, riding her horse Ty at the spry young age of 96, four-wheeler rides with her grandchildren, or quiet moments of prayer, Helen lived her life full of grace, laughter, and deep love. Her strength, faith, and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her.
Visitation will be held at Bay First Baptist Church on Friday October 3, 2025 from 10-11 am with a funeral service to follow starting at 11 am, with pastor Danny Taylor officiating. She will be laid to rest in Pine Log cemetery.
