Kevin Wolf Obituary

Kevin "Booner" James Wolf Jr. May 16, 1980 – September 20, 2025 Kevin "Booner" James Wolf Jr., 45, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed peacefully into the arms of his Heavenly Father on Friday, September 20, 2025, surrounded by his devoted parents, Kevin and Ann Wolf. Born on May 16, 1980, at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Booner brought light and love into the world from the very beginning. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bill and Catherine Sharp; his paternal grandparents, Yeaman "Mootch" and Frances Wolf; and his cousin, Sage Anderson. Booner is survived by his loving parents, Kevin and Ann Wolf of the home; his brother Josh and wife Whitney Wolf of Cabot, Arkansas; his nieces, Leighanne Wolf and Skylar Taylor, both of Cabot; nephews, Kyle Wolf, August Wolf, and Grant Wolf, all of Cabot; great-nephew, Kaston Taylor; his Uncle Tracy and wife Ellen Wolf and his Aunt Jennifer and husband Jon Oetjen, both of Pocahontas, Arkansas; along with many cousins, extended family, and a host of friends who loved him dearly. Booner lived a life filled with joy, laughter, and immense love. He was the heart and soul of his family, their greatest teacher, their brightest light. His parents poured every ounce of their love, energy, and strength into his care, and in return, Booner blessed them with a bond that few will ever know one built on unwavering love, daily devotion, and silent but deeply felt understanding. He loved watching television with his parents, going to the movies with his dad, always enjoying popcorn and a soda and dining out daily, where he delighted in meeting new people. Booner had a smile that could brighten any room, and a personality that made everyone feel instantly welcome. He had a unique way of connecting with people, reminding everyone that true communication comes from the heart, not just words. Despite facing challenges that many could never imagine, Booner overcame them with courage and grace. He was an inspiration, a reminder of the power of love, resilience, and the joy found in simple moments. His heart was vast, his spirit radiant, and his love, limitless. Booner truly was one in a million a gentle soul, a mighty spirit, and a gift to this world. His life, though marked by challenges, was also marked by endless love, laughter, and light. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing him. Visitation will be held 9:00 – 10:00 am Saturday, September 27, 2025, with the Rosary to begin at 10:00 am. Mass will follow with Father Stephen Elser officiating. All services will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the St. Paul Cemetery.
