Laura Kopaceski Obituary

Laura Lee Kopaceski, 44, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on July 30, 2025 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1981 in Niles, Michigan to Tony Kopaceski and Patricia (Davis) Carpenter. Laura was a Christian. Her daughter Breah was her world. Laura was kind, generous, constantly smiling, and never met a stranger. She always put others before herself. She loved the sunshine and spending time in the water. She was a very fun, lighthearted, and tiny person with huge love for her people. She was an LPN that made her life about caring for those in need. She was an utterly beautiful person. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She will be souly missed. Survivors include; her parents: Tony Kopaceski (Donna) of Dowagiac, Michigan and Patricia Carpenter (Billy) of Leachville, Arkansas; one daughter: Breah Jean Crocker of Pulaski, Tennessee; two sisters: Debra Wegner (Kelly) of Cassopolis, Michigan and Dianne Bolt (Jimmy) of Dowagiac, Michigan; one niece: Cora Wegner of Cassopolis, Michigan; one nephew: Alan Wegner of Cassopolis; two step brothers: Wes Tackitt of Niles, Michigan and Daniel Carpenter of Leachville, Arkansas; two step sisters: Amanda Carpenter of Leachville, Arkansas and Cherry Hall of Alabama; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; paternal grandparents: Edward and Evelyn Kopaceski; and her maternal grandparents: Calvin and Shirley Davis. A celebration of life will be held on August 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Cardwell Cemetery in Cardwell, Missouri.
