Raymond Leslie Alphin

Raymond Leslie Alphin, 66, of Pocahontas, AR passed away July 26, 2025, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge, AR. He was born on May 29, 1959 in Pocahontas to Johnny and Frances Alphin. Raymond is preceded in death by his dad, Johnny Alphin, his grandparents John Wesley and Pearl Alphin and Kenneth and Lucille Huckabee, one brother-in-law, Don Fulbright, one great-niece Olivia Fulbright, step-dad Bill Skimahorn Sr.and step-brother Billy Skimahorn Jr. He is survived by his mother Frances of Pocahontas, two daughters Tiffany (Danny) Conner of Pevely, MO, Natosha Rogers of Pocahontas and one son Brandon (Kajun) Alphin. Grandchildren Travica and Alexis Dunning of Pevely, MO, Dakota Rogers, Ari, Yuri and Ivy Alphin of Pocahontas and one great grandson Kylar of Pevely, MO. Sisters Debbie Fulbright and Dana Callahan of Pocahontas, step-brothers Steve (Tina) Skimahorn of Corning and Tim Skimahorn of Walnut Ridge. Nieces Tara Fulbright of Pocahontas, Destiny (Hunter) Baltz of Gravel Ridge, AR, Samantha (Cable) Treanor of Poplar Bluff, MO and Alyssa Hannaford of Pocahontas. Raymond spent most of his life working as a professional painter and traveling the United States building stores. In his spare time, he loved fishing even if it meant not catching anything and spending time with his family. A celebration of life will be held this coming Saturday August 2, 2025 at 1361 Hoelscher Lane Pocahontas, AR 72455 at 12:00 pm.
