JONESBORO - Margie Davidson, of Jonesboro, passed away peacefully Friday, March 10, 2023, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House, at the age of 94. She was born Feb. 10, 1929, in Dewitt, to Herbert Rhinehart and Sally Elizabeth Denton Dupslaff.
Margie and her husband, Marion, owned and operated the Western Auto and an insurance company and a real estate company in Tyronza. She loved gardening, playing cards, volunteering, baking and traveling.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 43 years, Marion Allen Davidson Jr.; and two brothers, Herbert Dupslaff Jr. and Bill Dupslaff.
Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Margie include a daughter, Susan Harrison and husband Bob; her son, Marion Allen Davidson III and wife Anne Patterson; grandchildren, Kelli (Brandon) Brown and Clint (Leana) Edrington; great-grandchildren, Ainsley Brown, Witt Brown, Max Edrington and Abigail Edrington; and a sister, Elizabeth Ann Minton and her husband HL.
Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Tyronza Cemetery with Don Martin officiating. No visitation is scheduled.

She was dear and kind with all of us here at Craighead Nursing Center. She was my roommate and my friend. I miss her dearly.
