Patsy Adams Obituary

WEST MEMPHIS - Patsy Adams, 74, of West Memphis passed away Oct. 7, 2021.

She was born May 12, 1947, in Benton Harbor, Mich., to Lionel G. "Andy" and Lorene Linam Anderson.

Patsy was a 1965 graduate of Trumann High School. She retired after 21 years in the customer service department at D. Canale Beverage Co.

She was a faithful member of Avondale Baptist Church and a former ladies auxiliary president for The Fraternal Order of Eagles.

In her spare time, she loved to cook, sing karaoke, play bingo, plan family reunions and take cruises.

She was always happy and was a very witty person.

She loved her family and most of all, she loved being "Mom" and "Nana." Patsy married the love of her life, Bill Adams, on July 3, 1970.

They have been residents of West Memphis for the past 45 years.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill Adams of the home; three sons, Donnie Adams, Billy Richards and Christopher (Kelley) Adams; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Lionel "Butch" Anderson (Elizabeth); sister, Sharon Anderson of Trumann; and a host of nieces and nephews including Nicole Brannen.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and twin siblings, brother Gary Anderson, and sister Barrie Lynn Golden.

The visitation and funeral will be held Thursday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 201 N. Pine St., West Memphis, 72301. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. with the funeral at noon.
