Ruth Keisker Obituary
JONESBORO - Ruth Keisker, 84, of Jonesboro passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 22, 1937, in McCrory to the late Alfred and Eithel Edwards.
Ruth was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church where she was very active, especially in the altar guild. She was a member of Jonesboro Junior Auxiliary, Jonesboro Garden Club and a member of the Bridge Club which she loved.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. H.W. Keisker, two sisters, one brother and a great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Matthews.
Survivors include her son, John Keisker of Little Rock; daughter, Rebecca Keisker of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Stephanie Matthews, Timothy Penley and Jacob Penley, all of Jonesboro; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
