Sandy, Marc and Michelle,
So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I will always remember how excited Joe got about ice fishing and always looked for ways to improve his catch success!

Joe was a great friend at CWC in the late 70s. I was proud to work for him while I was teaching engineering there. He helped me many times and we worked on several projects together such as the Wyoming State Science Fair. We also took students to view the total eclipse of 79 in Montana. We will pray for his soul and for Sandy and the entire extended family. I loved the guy.

Dear Sandy and family, I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I was a student of his in the early 70's and worked with him at CWC during his years as VP. To this day, whenever I am asked who was my favorite teacher, there is never any question, Mr. D! He instilled in me a love of biology that I have never lost, even over all these years. A wonderful mentor and teacher who touched so many lives! May happy memories bring you comfort in the days ahead. God bless.

I enjoyed being Joe's secretary, his sense of humor, and caring nature. It was a privilege to work with and for him on many of the projects he began at CWC. May God bless his family in their loss.

I am so glad that I was able to work with Dr. Dolan. When I started here at CWC 29, almost 30 years ago now, Dr. Dolan played a huge part in my job. He was a man of integrity and did a lot for CWC. One day the weather was pretty bad--snowy and windy, and we were expecting a huge blizzard. We all begged Dr. Dolan to call a snow day. He did and the sun came out that afternoon. It was the most beautiful day ever, and he was never able to live that one down. Jo Anne was not very happy with him as she was gone the day he called it. I don't think we've ever been given a snow day since!! Anyways, I was one of the lucky ones who was able to work with Dr. Dolan. He will never be forgotten! So sorry for your loss, Sandy, Marc, Michelle and your families!

May God bless you all and provide you strength. May your wonderful memories warm your hearts and help to ease your sorrow. I was so fortunate to work with Joe for just five short years, but he certainly left a lasting impression. He was very good to me and I truly appreciated his support and guidance. My deepest sympathies to Sandy, Marc, Michelle and family. We have lost a great man, but we feel Joe's presence every single day on the Central Wyoming College campus. The Nursing Program he helped start is doing so well, and is educating many needed nurses. Also, the trees Joe planted on campus are thriving and adding to the beauty of the college. Joe was one of my best supervisors--he lead with compassion and didn't ask anyone to do anything he wouldn't do himself. Sue Thompson, Riverton, Wyoming.
