Tammy Schneider

Tammy Jean (Amen) Schneider, 64, of Crook, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, in Crook. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Crook Community Center. Tammy was born August 28, 1957 in Sterling, CO to Robert and Jan (Kler) Amen. She first attended Crook High School and graduated from Caliche High School in 1975. Tammy was a member of the ASPCA. She enjoyed woodworking, her animals, and most of all loved spending time with her family. Tammy is survived by husband Thomas Payne, son Shane A. Schneider (Candice Osborne) of Cheyenne, WY, son J.R. Schneider (Paige) of Cheyenne, WY, son Casey "Bubba" Payne (Missie) of Sidney, NE, daughter Kimberly Ward (Ben) of Cheyenne, WY, and grandchildren Hunter Osborne, Quinn Schneider, Brynlee and Grayden Payne. She was preceded in death by father Robert D. Amen, mother Janice C. Amen, brother Scott R. Amen, grandfather Harold "Dutch" Kler, and grandmother Audrey Kler, Father-in-law Gene Payne, Mother-in-law Elain Payne and Brother-in-law Caleb (Rocky) Gene Payne.
