I remember Dave when we were growing up. He lived on Allen St. and I lived up from him on Hamilton Ct. The Fields (Jeff and Greg) were friends of mine and both at different times, played in a band that my brother and I had throughout my high school years . Dave lived across the street from the Fields. I never knew him well, but he always seemed very friendly, and one who liked people. Being a corrections officer in a prison is not an easy job, especially for a happy/go lucky kind of guy that Dave was. I remember him telling me that he was involved in a fight there and got hurt. In a few years, I was visiting some folks staying at Evergreen Nursing Home, and I noticed that Dave had become a resident there. I was very sad to see that he had Alzheimers disease, especially for one so young. I was and am saddened that he finally succumbed to this disease. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. I always liked him!!!! RIP Dave!!!!!

I knew Dave from when he worked at Ex-cell-o corp. East Windsor in the 1980's. then later I became his mailman and then neighbor. After he retired, he'd occasionally drive by in his truck while I was delivering my mail route and stop to just to harass me. He always had a smile. He was a good friend. In the last year or so I would occasionally visit him at Evergreen center and would play the piano for him, he loved music, and he would clap his hands or slap his leg with his hand and have a big ole smile on his face.

I know you are in Heaven now with Mom and Edward. I remember so many wonderful times with you. Growing up was not always easy but we took the good with the rough times as they happened. You were always there for me no matter what. I miss your pranks, kindness + laughter and it's the wonderful memories that will live on. I was lucky to have you as my Brother. Miss You and will Always Love You. Rest in Peace David, CAROL "Little Big Sis"
