Gail Colmer Obituary

Gail Robin Frankenberger McFall Colmer
Gail Robin Frankenberger McFall Colmer, formerly of Manchester and Enfield, died after a short illness on September 22, 2025, in Fort Myers, Florida.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Lincoln, and son, Richard McFall, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Gail was married in 1958 to Tennyson (Mac) McFall, which ended in divorce in 1978.
Gail had numerous small jobs, but enjoyed 11 years with Gardner Nurseries in Rocky Hill, CT.
Gail was married to Roy Colmer in 1980 and lived in retirement in N. Ft. Myers, FL. They enjoyed 20 years of marriage before his death.
Gail enjoyed walking the beaches of Naples FL, with her family, where she had a timeshare.
Gail enjoyed making crafts which enriched her family's lives. She relished family genealogy.
Gail was a lover of cats and often took in strays.
Gail was a giving, loving, compassionate person, who was frequently attracted to the less unfortunate.
She was a church goer her entire life and frequently played her clarinet during services, having learned to play in grammar school, continuing into the band at MHS, graduating 1954.
Gail enjoyed gardening and working with her hands. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, but knowing she is with previous departed, and that we will meet again, is what keeps us grounded.
