Paul Bonanno Obituary
Born and raised in Enfield, he was the only child of the late Peter and Anna (Cerrato) Bonanno. He and Nancy lived in Somers for 48 years where they raised their family. Paul was employed as a Parking Supervisor at LAZ Parking at Bradley Airport for 20 years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and working outside around his home. Spending time with his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren brought him the greatest joy.
Besides his wife Nancy, Paul leaves two sons, John Bonanno of Somers, and Mark Bonanno of Enfield; three grandchildren, Brittney, and twins Travis and Tyler Bonanno; five great-grandchildren, Jayden, Ryilynn, Kyrie, Jaxon, and Camelia.
Visitation hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021, at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main St., Somers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, at Holy Family Church, 23 Simon Road, Enfield, of St. Jeanne Jugan Parish. (Please meet at church). Burial is private. Social Distancing and masks are required for all visitors at the funeral home and the church.
Donations in Paul's memory may be made to the Somers Ambulance, 400 Main St., Somers, CT 06071.

Have learned of the passing of Paul Bonanno only recently. We worked together for many years at the LAZ parking lots at Bradley Field. Left CT. in 2013 retiring to Las Vegas. Paul's good matured easy going manner was a pleasure to be around. Humorous conversion and jokes passed the at times tedious nature of the job more bearable. He was a good man and friend.
