Ray was already a seasoned veteran when I started with the CT. Dept. Of Correction, and everyone knew Ray. The ultimate professional. Over the past few years, reconnecting with him on facebook was nice, and now sadness greets me and many of us who worked with Ray in learning of his passing. May God bless you, his family in this time of sorrow.
