Russell Roden Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that his family announces Russell's passing. Russell was predeceased by his mother, Constance Roden and is survived by his five children, Russell D'Alessandro, Samuel D'Alessandro, Sarah (Austin) Sheeler, David (April) Hannon, and Kassie (Justin) Boucher, many grandchildren, his brother, Richard (Monika) Roden, and his longtime friend and love, Doreen Downham.
Russ will be remembered as being an avid fisherman, a lover of the Detroit Red Wings and NASCAR, and especially for his bond with his beloved dog, Pesci.
Services will be private.

I still find it hard to believe that you are no longer here. This Saturday will be such a sad day for me. I will try to remember all the funny conversations we had for 3 or 4 months. The last weekend we spent together will forever be etched in my heart. Love you always n forever.

Rusty was my next door neighbor in Columbus Circle. We had a friendship as kids. Then later in life reconnected through my friend Doreen. We had some funny stories to tell.
I´m glad I was able to talk with Rusty just a few weeks before his passing. He surprised me with a phone call to say good bye, and to tell me he was moving. I told him we would still keep in touch.

I have many childhood memories of Rusty when we moved to Benton St in Manchester. We kept in contact over the years. I wish to send my sympathy to his children, brother, friends and Grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by myself, and all of his friends on Benton St. Rest easy my friend.
