Shirley Stoughton Obituary
Born Jan. 31, 1939, in Hartford, daughter of the late Murray and Ethel (Sinton) Phelps Sr. Shirley grew up in West Suffield.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017, 10 a.m. at Copper Hill United Methodist Church, 27 Copper Hill Road, East Granby, followed by burial in Mountain Burying Ground Cemetery, West Suffield.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Copper Hill United Methodist Church, 27 Copper Hill Road, East Granby, CT 06026.
