KENNETH E. DAUEN, 55 WARREN - Kenneth E. Dauen, 55, of Warren, IL, formerly of Albany, IL, died Sunday, December 8, 2013, at the Mercy Medical Center North, Clinton, IA. Kenneth was born August 27, 1958, in Morrison, IL, the son of Donald and Ida Mae (Eads) Dauen, Sr. He married Pam Bitler on August 21, 1982, in Albany, IL, and later married Anita M. Severson on August 15, 2004, in Albany, IL. He grew up in Garden Plain, attending the Garden Plain School till the 5th grade, and then he attended the Albany Grade School and graduated from Fulton High School in 1977. He worked for the Plumbers & Pipefitters, Local #25, Rock Falls, IL for several years, then PSI out of Davenport, IA and finally at Titan Tires in Freeport, IL, for almost 20 years. He enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, being on the river, his dog, cooking and his giant garden and especially spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Anita Dauen of Warren, IL; 3 daughters, Krisy (Bob Parr) Dauen of Albany, IL, Amanda (Jeremy) Johnson of Evansville, WI, and Stephanie (Jimmy) McKinstrey of Warren, IL; a son, Kyle Dauen of Albany, IL; 8 grandchildren, Harper and Haleigh Parr, Cameron, Kali and Bailey Kinnison, and Aaron, Emily and Lawson Johnson; 4 brothers, Stan (Rhonda) Dauen of Albany, IL, Wes (Jodi) Dauen of Albany, IL, Donald (Deb) Dauen, Jr. of Clinton, IA, and Joe (Laura) Malley, Jr. of Tuscola, IL; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Dauen, Sr.; his mother, Ida Mae Malley; and stepfather, Joseph Malley, Sr. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at the McDonald Funeral Home, Fulton, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013, at the McDonald Funeral Home, Fulton, IL, with Pastor Scott Stephen officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded.
