TIMOTHY JOHN 'TIM' BLAIR, 51 DAWSON, Texas - Timothy John "Tim: Blair, 51, died Friday, June 6, 2014, in Dawson, Texas. Tim was born October 24, 1962, in Freeport, Illinois. He grew up in Oreana, IL and graduated from Argenta/Oreana High School in 1980. Tim worked in many areas of home construction and eventually became accomplished in carpentry as well as fine woodworking. He married Pam Seals, Ben Wheeler, TX, in Decatur, IL in 1990. He lived near Dawson, Texas for the past 18 years. Tim leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Matthew (Ashley) Blair and Nathan Blair, Corsicana, TX; his mother, Jill Donohue, Freeport, IL; his father, John Blair, Decatur, IL; brother, Thomas (Carrie) Blair, Edwardsville, IL; sisters, Judy (Pedro) Gonzales, Henderson, NV, Julie (Kirk) Myers, Decatur, IL, Jennifer (Kenneth) Mesnard, Greenville, IL; step-grandson, Axeton Ferrer; nieces and nephews, Abigail (Jacob) Stewart, Clayton (Robyn) Blair, Heather and Connor Riley, Chase and Savannah Myers, Kendall and Quinn Mesnard; grandniece, Macie Jane Blair; ex-wife and friend, Pamela Blair; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Calvert Funeral Home, Argenta, Illinois, with Don Pritcher officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Cisco, IL. Visitation will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
