I'll miss you, dear cousin, as I savor the memories of our youth and all the fun we had on the farm in Nebraska.

Bertha was my sister as you all know,
It is so sad that she must go.
She cared for me when I was small,
Helping me with mittens, boots and shawl.
We laughed and giggled over anything,
And now she's laughing on Angels wing.
What a tragedy were her final days,
But now she's smiling, giving God praise.
I miss you so my loving Sis.
Until we meet some day in Bliss.
I love you.
