Bonnie Damm
November 20, 1927 - January 14, 2022
Bonnie was born November 20, 1927 to Albert and may Rager. Graduated from Northeast High school. After school, she worked for what was know as Lincoln Telephone & Telegraph as a switchboard operator. Went to work for the bindery at the Journal Star Printing company where she met her husband Joseph. They were married in 1949.
After 12 years of raising their two children, Bonnie went to work for the cafeteria at the Nebraska Dept of Roads. After the cafeteria closed, Bonnie went to work part time for Service master cleaning where she remained for 27 years, earning regional and national awards. After Joe's passing, Bonnie enjoyed sitting and chatting on the porch with her longtime neighbor Carol, going out to dinner and church, she enjoyed sewing cross stitch, reading, word search and wheel of fortune and Price is Right.
Survived by daughter Susan (Don) Naughton, son Dennis (Denise) Damm, grandchildren Charice (Travis) Bennett, Christopher Stewart, Evan, Aaron Damm, , great-grandchildren Claire Rose Huber Theresea Stewart, Aiden Stewart, Joseph Persinger, Sascha, Alaric Bennett. Preceded by husband Joseph, Parents

Susan and Dennis and other family members, I wish my deepest sympathy in the passing of Bonnie. I remember the song "His Eye is on the Sparrow" and how much your dad loved that song. But it never went by when requests were asked, that Bonnie asked for that song. HIs eye is truly on your family, I so enjoyed visiting with your mom and picking her up for events that the ladies of the church had. She was such a generous and gracious lady. She loved her Lord and she was a dedicated person to her church. God bless each of you. Love to all.

Sincerest sympathy in the loss of your mother. I remember her from church at Ebenezer and what a sweet and loving lady she was to all.
