Damian F. Hoesing, 63, of Lincoln passed away June 29, 2025. Born December 7, 1961, in Yankton, S.D. to Emery and Roberta (Kritzmire) Hoesing, Damian worked for Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Family members include his wife, Patty; sons Nate and Kendall Hoesing, all of Lincoln; siblings Darin (Dee) Hoesing, Coleridge, Clark Hoesing, Hartington, Elaine (Ed) Simpson, Lincoln, Clair (Emily) Hoesing, Beatrice, and Angela (J.P.) Green, Lincoln; brother-in-law Lyle (Lue) Sinner, Lincoln; several nieces and nephews and his beloved cat Sammy. Preceded in death by his parents.

Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial: 1 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1420 K Street. Burial in Yankee Hill Cemetery.

Visitation with family greeting friends from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2025, Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' Street.
