Diane Ward 68 of Omaha died December 14, 2025. Born on January 9, 1957.
Diane is survived by her loving wife and best friend, Darlena Merritt; her son, Adam Ward (Rosie); grandson, Colter; her brother, Tom Ward (Tracy); her niece, Kristy (BJ) Burrows; her uncle and aunt, Warren and Diana Wade; numerous cousins and friends. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary "Tiny" Ward.
Memorial services 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, United Methodist Church Weeping Water. Hammons Family Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements.

So sorry to hear about Diane, My travels for work took me to Bosch security systems and who was at the front desk to greet me.. Diane, always with a smile and something funny to say, this developed into a nice friendship and i enjoyed our conversations. I know she enjoyed the Wisconsin cheese curds too. we will truly miss her. Greg and Sherri lyons
